Eastern Peak is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects, mostly AI-first, and to work closely with our Sales team on the UK and European markets.
This role combines two equally important directions. On the delivery side, you will manage projects from discovery to release, making sure they are built on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. On the pre-sale side, you will act as the technical partner of our sales managers: meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, shaping AI-first solutions, and helping turn early conversations into signed projects.
Your workload will be planned so that you always have time for pre-sale activities, with an approximate 50/50 split between project management and pre-sale.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of projects, mostly AI-first, including architecture, planning, budgeting, execution, and risk management.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and day-to-day execution.
- Coordinate and guide development teams, keeping focus on speed, practicality, and project goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and report clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and extend cooperation with current clients.
- Work closely with the Sales team as their technical partner for the UK and European markets.
- Participate in meetings with leads and clients, both online and in person in the UK.
- Run discovery sessions: clarify requirements, identify business goals, and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, estimates, delivery plans, and solution presentations.
- Shape project scope and approach, with a focus on fast, cost-effective, AI-first delivery.
- Contribute to improving pre-sale materials, AI development workflows, and best practices within the company.
Requirements
- Excellent English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Proven pre-sales experience with measurable results and a genuine interest in pre-sales as an important part of your role.
- Experience running client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution presentations with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications, high-level technical designs, estimates, and proposals.
- Hands-on experience with AI projects and AI-powered development, AI coding assistants, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Readiness for regular business trips to the UK (approximately 1–2 times per month) to meet potential and existing clients.
Will be a plus:
- Valid UK visa.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
- Experience working with clients from the UK and Europe.
- Experience delivering AI-powered MVPs or early-stage products.
- Understanding of LLM-based architectures, including API-based AI integrations, AI agents, and RAG.
