Front-End Team Lead

• Work with the CTO and other Tech Leads to design and execute the rich product roadmap.
• Develop new product features and support existing functions.
• Mentor and support developers in implementing product requirements.
• Perform code review and promote FE development best practices.
• Raise the level of processes and best practices on the team to match customer growth.
• Participate in FE architecture and design decisions.

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Next.js.
• 2+ years experience leading a team of frontend + backend JavaScript developers on large-scale B2C e-commerce projects with over 100,000 daily user sessions.
• Deep understanding of NodeJS.
• High proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of component-driven design and development principles.
• Experience in frontend monitoring and performance measurement techniques.
• Committed to high-quality design, code standards, user experience, and performance optimization.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving pixel-perfect results while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB.
