Strong Middle / Senior DevOps Engineer

• Collaborate with the existing DevOps team to manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the security and reliability of the product.
• Engage in diverse and dynamic tasks across various technologies and domains.
• Extend ownership and oversight over previously unmanaged or partially managed systems.
• Manage infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain reliable, scalable CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implement effective monitoring and alerting systems to enhance operational visibility and readiness.
• Work across multiple cloud environments — including AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Alibaba Cloud — partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and address gaps.
• Ensure smooth developer workflows and reduces friction between development and operations.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven practical experience with Terraform, including importing and managing existing infrastructure.
• Solid working knowledge of AWS and its core services (such., EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
• Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.
• Enthusiastic about working in dynamic environments and capable of bringing structure to complex situations.
• Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms (e.g., AWS ECS Fargate, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new cloud environments, including GCP, Databricks, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance considerations; relevant training or certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within distributed teams.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
